Where is my order confirmation?

You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you have not received an email confirmation, then the order has not gone through or you did not enter your email address correctly. Please contact con10derapparel@gmail.com

 

When will I receive my order?

Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Please note to allow up to 7-10 business days for order processing and verification.If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you. We do not ship out on Sundays.

 

Can I return my item for a refund?

Yes, returns, refunds and/or cancellations are allowed for online purchases. We do offer an exchange policy as well.

Items purchased online may be returned, in accordance with the Online Return Policy requirements, within 30 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be submitted once the return has been received and processed.

All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
